According to UTV Weekly:

New front end plastic allows 29% more air flow.
New side protection allowing easier ingress/egress.
New glove box.
High/low headlights.
New fuel management system and new tank for 30% more range and better slow-speed driveability.
Better clutch/belt cooling.
Improved front and rear drive durability.
Sealed dash switches.
Easier-to-use side nets.

RZR 800
6% more horsepower to 55hp via an HO engine.
New rear rack extenders to enable carrying of more gear.
Aluminum wheels standard.
Available in Red and Polaris Pursuit camo.
Limited Edition models include Indy Red/White, Sonic Blue/White and Orange Madness with Power Steering.

RZR S 800
63 MPH / 101.4 kph top speed.
New ITP 900 XCT tires
Sachs 2"-bore shocks.
Available in Red; lower price for standard edition.
Limited Edition Models include Gloss Black Carbon Fiber/Indy Red and Gloss Black/Orange Madness.

RZR 4 800
Available in two Robby Gordon editions:
Black and Red edition, and a Power Steering version with Robby Gordon inspired graphics.

Man...the new RZR front end is butt ugly...very disappointing.

The best option for the RZR air filter is the DragonFire Racing intake kit:
